Being a mom is the BEST JOB in the world, but it definitely takes a toll on you physically, mentally, and emotionally. When you are a personal trainer you really have to practice what you preach. It’s helped me really bounce back after pregnancy. Granted I am not one of those movie stars who are back to pre pregnancy bod a few weeks after having the baby, it take months and months of hard, exhausting work and really eating nutritiously. In order to take good care of your family it starts with taking care of yourself. I am very fortunate that I am a very self motivated person. When I set my mind on something, I attack it full force. I have attached some pictures of me at the end of each pregnancy and then a picture of when I eventually lost pregnancy weight and felt really good about where I was physically.
